Currently Available:

Teller

Liberty National Bank in Sioux Falls, SD has a position open for a Teller. Hours are typically Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. There is also an occasional Saturday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Teller duties and qualifications include:

  • Performing all types of teller transactions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ten-key
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Flexible and friendly
  • Back-up to receptionist
  • Position will also be trained to open new accounts, as a back-up

Prior banking experience is beneficial.  Hourly wage is negotiable depending on experience.

Personal Banking Officer

Liberty National Bank in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Personal Banker that is hard working, motivated & has prior banking experience.

Personal Banker duties and qualifications include:

  • Performs the functions of the new accounts area, including opening new demand deposit accounts, CDs, IRAs and other retail banking products through a broad understanding of bank products, cross sells additional bank products such at ATM / Debit cards and refers customers to other areas of the bank such as Wealth Management. 
  • Coordinates consumer loan processing from the period of application through approval and closing in a timely manner, while providing quality customer service Supervises Teller Line & acts as a back-up Teller.
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Flexibility to changing needs
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Possess team building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Bachelor’s degree; or 4-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Commercial/Ag Loan Officer

Liberty National Bank in Elk Point, SD is seeking a Commercial and Ag. Loan Officer/Branch Manager.

This is an extraordinary opportunity for the right candidate to work for a leading National Bank with a growing Loan Department.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Following established procedures and policies in securing and analyzing commercial and consumer loans
  • Minimizing potential loan losses through frequent review of delinquency reports and changes of financial ratios that could indicate potential losses
  • Working to market new and existing products according to the Bank's strategic plan
  • Providing superior customer service
  • Contributing to an environment of teamwork and excellence through effective communication and cooperation
  • Actively participating in cross-selling Bank services to new and existing customers
  • Managing the Elk Point branch location  

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
