  What this means to you: when you open an account, we will ask each person on the account for their name, physical address, mailing address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify them. At the time of final signing, we will also ask to see each person’s driver’s license or other identifying documents as determined by Liberty National Bank. Copies are retained as permanent records.
