Mortgage Loan Processor - Sioux City, IA
Opportunity for Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor

Liberty National Bank in Sioux City, IA is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor.  This position requires applicants to be familiar with Secondary Market & Government Financing.

Mortgage Loan Processor duties & qualifications include:

  • Processing / administrating all types of consumer mortgage loans
  • Working with various secondary market investors
  • Self Motivated, proactive & able to work independently, while being eager to learn
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work as it is requested from multiple mortgage loan officers

Trust Officer / Business Development Officer

This is an extraordinary opportunity for the right candidate to work for a leading National Bank (with South Dakota trust powers) that desires to expand its Wealth Management Division. We are Liberty National Bank headquartered in Sioux City, IA with branch offices located in Johnston, Okoboji, and South Dakota (North Sioux City, Dakota Dunes, Elk Point, Jefferson and three branches in Sioux Falls).

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new Wealth Management client relationships through proactive sales and relationship management efforts.
  • Manage, administer and retain high net worth trust and investment relationships, including 401(k) plan clients.
  • Facilitate the referral of high net worth clients and prospective clients to the Wealth Management Division, including investment management, 401(k) plan services, trust/fiduciary services and private banking services.
  • Actively participate in sales and development of trust, investment management, 401(k) plan services, and private banking prospects.
  • Initiate contacts for developing and closing new 401(k) plan services, investment management agency, personal trust and custodial business.
  • Meet with prospective clients to explain Wealth Management Division products and services, and maintain contact with existing clients and organizations regarding account performance, administrative matters, tax planning and other issues to ensure the client's financial goals are being met.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with numerous sources of new business referrals and centers of influence, including bank personnel, bank shareholders, attorneys, accountants, financial services professionals and various social contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of wealth management, trust, investment management and sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with 401(k) plan services a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, networking and relationship management/sales skills.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a very team-oriented environment along with trust officers, investment officers, banking officers and bank operation personnel.

IT Helpdesk Technician - Sioux Falls, SD 

This is an extraordinary opportunity for the right candidate to work for a leading National Bank. This opportunity is in Sioux Falls, SD.  In this role you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware & software solutions, and supporting the IT Manager.  Candidate will be responsible for administration of client PCs, printers, servers, mobile devices and related equipment.  Tasks include end user support, performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Helpdesk support by responding quickly and effectively to resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
  • Utilize and maintain the Helpdesk logging system.
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
  • Document internal procedures.
  • Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
  • Preform client PC setup and deployment using standard hardware and software.
  • Maintain consistency and organization with our desktop and laptop computers.
  • Complete timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Perform onsite visits as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing IT Support preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant technical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or the combination of education and experience may substitute for a degree.

Personal Banker duties & qualifications include:

  • Performs the functions of the new accounts area, including opening new demand deposit accounts, CDs, IRAs and other retail banking products through a broad understanding of bank products, cross sells additional bank products such as ATM / Debit cards and refers customers to other areas of the bank such as Wealth Management.
  • Coordinates consumer loan processing from the period of application through approval and closing in a timely manner, while providing quality customer service.
  • Supervises Teller Line and acts as back-up teller.
